Cloud Foundry bosh stemcell upgrade will require a rolling restart of all the underlying CF components (CF API, CF UAA, Loggregator, Routers, and Runners). This will result in all applications running in the Cloud Foundry to be restarted. Applications with multiple instances will continue to be available, however, single instance applications may experience connectivity issues for up to 15 minutes between Feb 15, 2018, 3:00 PM PT and Feb 20, 2018, 3:00 PM PT. As a workaround, users can retry the same action.
