Update
[Postponed] Predix Analytics service in the US West environment will not be available between 5:00 PM PT and 10:00 PM PT on Oct 20, 2017. Users will not be able to create new service instance of Analytics service, new orchestration workflows, schedule new jobs and existing scheduled jobs will not run.
