On December 21, 2017, Edge Manager service will be updating the license key to unlimited on all the tenants that currently has limited license. The limited license is set to expire on January 30, 2018.
Tenants with limited license key devices will see the package (~6KB) "predix-machine-license-update" appear on their Edge Manager UI package list. Those tenants should ensure that the devices connect to the Predix cloud before January 15, 2018 to receive the update in time.
To avoid service interruption, please ensure that your edge device(s) with limited license key connects to the Predix cloud prior to January 15, 2018
There is no need to reboot your device and the Edge Manager service will be fully available, no downtime is expected during this maintenance.
