Enterprise Connect / Thread Connect will be undergoing a certificate renewal between 5:00 PM PT - 10:00 PM PT on Sept, 17 2021 in the US-West environment. Users might experience problems while using the service.

Action Required:

This will require Enterprise Connect server/client agent(s) to be restarted to avoid any service interruption. If there is a data transfer failure, users will need to resend the data after the restart of the agent.
